Summer on the Land at Sacramento Waldorf School runs June 22 through July 31 on a beautiful 22-acre campus in Fair Oaks. The Sparrows (entering grades 1-2) and Blue Jays (entering grades 3-4) share a Full Day with Rest program featuring six themed weeks: art, movement, gardening, farming, drama, and hands-on science. Each week culminates in a Festive Friday with guest artisans or collaborative projects. Weekly bike rides along the American River Trail are a program highlight.
