Open to ages 12-14 with high-level swimming ability (swim test on day 1). Introduces basic lifeguarding skills: hands-only CPR, first aid, rescue techniques, recognizing and responding to emergencies, and the responsibilities of lifeguarding. Prepares participants for American Red Cross Lifeguard Training (not the certification course itself). Whistle and Junior Lifeguard t-shirt included.
