Crime and Punishment: Theories of Crime
College of Continuing Education at Sacramento State
Part of Sac State's Summer Youth Academies, this in-person course helps students understand the causes of crime across biology, sociology, psychology, and social factors. Students discuss the origins of modern criminology and make connections between theories of crime causation and real programs and policies.
